    Introducing John Robert Herbst, commonly known as JR, the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Rivers Pacific, LLC. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Oregon State University and over a decade of experience with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, JR's career has been marked by a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship and community service.

JR's heritage, rooted in Comanche traditions, has shaped his deep reverence for nature and his dedication to protecting the environment. From his early days as an Environmental Specialist with the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians to his current leadership role at Clean Rivers Pacific, this connection to the land has been a driving force in his work.

With a focus on commercial, state, and federal projects, Clean Rivers Pacific under JR's guidance strives to make a positive impact while preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings. Leading a team of dedicated professionals who share his passion for environmental excellence and community engagement, JR looks forward to partnering with clients to create a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.

  • Meet Pat

    Meet Patricia Davis Gibson, a trailblazer in advocating for Native American rights and fostering positive relationships between tribal nations and local communities. Hailing from the Comanche Tribe of Oklahoma, Patricia grew up near various reservations, including the Wind River Indian Reservation and the Crow Nation, instilling in her a deep understanding of Native American issues from a young age. She pursued her passion for advocacy by earning a bachelor's degree in Indian behavioral studies and prelaw at Fort Lewis College.

Patricia's career spans decades, during which she held various positions, including tribal attorney, tribal court judge, and chief judge for multiple tribal courts. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Patricia is a dedicated mother of four and a proud grandmother. When she's not working, you can find her kayaking with her husband, Kevin, or spending quality time with her grandchildren, Caleb and Noah. Patricia is also an accomplished artist and musician, channeling her creativity under the pseudonym Ty Davis. Through her work, Patricia remains steadfast in honoring her heritage and preserving the rich cultural legacy of Native American tribes.

    Introducing Nathan Clausen, or Nate as we know him, serving the Chief Operating Officer of Clean Rivers Pacific. With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in Construction and Project Management, Nate brings invaluable expertise to our team. From overseeing Design/Build Projects to managing diverse projects, Nate's leadership has consistently delivered exceptional results in varied environments.

In his role as COO, Nate plays a pivotal role in driving the estimating, design/build, and project management functions within Clean Rivers Pacific. His meticulous approach and strategic insights ensure the smooth operation and successful execution of projects. Prior to joining Clean Rivers Pacific, Nate served as President of Lighthouse Landscape Inc., where he led landscape design and construction projects from inception to completion and is currently serving as the Vice President of Clean Rivers.

Beyond his professional achievements, Nate's commitment to excellence is evident in his tenure as Property Manager at Sause Brothers, where he executed property management responsibilities while providing crucial environmental consulting. With a proven track record of leadership and execution, Nate is a cornerstone of Clean Rivers Pacific, guiding our mission to deliver sustainable solutions that enrich communities and uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship.
